Pilates is an exercise method that focuses on alignment, as the basis of movement by creating long, lean muscles. Work the body from the inside out, by learning correct breathing technique, muscle activations and recruitment patterning, as well as boosting general health. De-stress and eliminate the need to travel, by participating in group mat classes. Aligned with the school term, my personalised 10 week mat class program for school staff, offers morning, lunchtime and afternoon classes for up to 15 employees.
