Pilates is an exercise method that focuses on alignment, posture, strength and flexibility - through full range of movement, creating long, lean muscles. It works the body from the inside out by learning correct breathing technique, muscle activation and recruitment patterning, as well as boosting general health. De-stress and eliminate the need to travel, by participating in group mat classes. Aligned with the school term, my personalised 10 week mat class program for school staff, offers morning, lunchtime and afternoon classes for up to 15 employees.
